3. Talent Profiles, Résumés, and Video Interviews

Individuals who apply or create a talent profile may submit résumés, curricula vitae, employment history, skills, work preferences, and recorded video interview responses. We collect and process this information to evaluate candidacy, build and present talent profiles, and connect candidates with prospective employers.

Résumés and supporting documents are stored privately and are not published. A selected portion of a recorded interview may be displayed on a candidate’s profile, shared with prospective employers, and used to present the candidate’s availability and the Interstaff platform. Full interview recordings are not made available to anonymous visitors.

We may create an identity-preserving professional portrait from a submitted photograph or an interview frame for use on a candidate’s profile. A candidate may request that an original photograph be used instead.

Video Interviews and Biometric Information

Interstaff offers recorded video interviews to international candidates. A recorded interview contains your image and voice, which may be considered biometric or sensitive personal information under applicable law. By recording and submitting an interview, you consent to Interstaff collecting, processing, storing, and retaining your recorded image, voice, and interview responses for the purposes described in this Policy, including evaluating candidacy and presenting you to prospective employers. Interstaff retains interview recordings. You may request deletion of your recordings at any time, subject to applicable retention obligations, by contacting us at the address below.

Government-issued identification documents submitted for identity verification are retained privately, are accessible only to authorized personnel, and are not disclosed to employers.

Candidates may request removal of a profile, a résumé, a recorded interview, or a displayed clip at any time, subject to applicable retention obligations, by contacting us at the address below.

4. AI and Automated Communications

Interstaff may utilize artificial intelligence systems, automated dialing technologies, and messaging automation tools to assist with appointment scheduling, responding to inquiries, sending follow-up messages, delivering service updates, and conducting outreach related to our services. These communications may occur through SMS text messages, email, phone calls, AI voice agents, and automated chat systems.

By interacting with these systems, you acknowledge that you may be communicating with automated technology designed to assist with scheduling, inquiries, or service communications. Communications with our systems, including phone calls, AI voice interactions, SMS messages, or chat systems, may be recorded or logged for quality assurance, training, compliance, or service improvement purposes.

You may opt out of automated communications at any time. For SMS messages, reply STOP to unsubscribe.

5. Digital Advertising and Marketing Technologies

Interstaff may use third-party advertising platforms and analytics tools to promote our services and measure marketing performance, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook / Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other advertising networks. These services may use cookies, tracking pixels, or device identifiers to measure ad performance and show relevant advertisements.

Third-party advertising platforms may independently collect and process information in accordance with their own privacy policies. Interstaff does not control the data collection practices of those platforms. Users may manage advertising preferences through browser settings, device privacy controls, or cookie consent tools made available on our website.

6. Your Privacy Rights

California Residents (CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act:

Service Providers

Third-party providers assisting with communication services, SMS delivery, AI communication systems, marketing platforms, analytics, recruiting and interview systems, payment processing, and hosting may process data only for the purpose of performing services on our behalf.

Business Clients

If you request services, submit an inquiry, or apply for work opportunities, relevant information may be shared with business clients in connection with those services. Candidate information made available to prospective employers before an engagement is limited to professional details such as first name and last initial, role, location, professional summary, skills, and, where enabled, a selected interview clip. Full name and contact information are disclosed to an employer only upon a confirmed engagement.

Legal Requirements

We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or government request.

Business Transfers

If Interstaff undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

8. SMS, Email, and Phone Communication Consent

By providing your contact information through our website, forms, advertisements, or other channels, you consent to receive communications from Interstaff LLC including SMS text messages, phone calls, automated phone calls, prerecorded messages, AI voice communications, and emails.
